With over 8 years of experience in family law, Ellie’s expertise, attention to detail, and empathetic approach all help our clients feel reassured throughout their case.

Laura Waldock – Assistant Office Manager
Laura plays a vital role in the organisation of the business across all 3 offices. Providing efficiency and stability, Laura ensures our business operations run smoothly, the team stays on track, and our clients receive a professional experience from the start. Laura brings structure and consistency to a fast-faced legal environment.
Laura’s work often happens behind the scenes – but it touches nearly every case. By keeping the administrative side of the firm running efficiently and organised, it allows our solicitors to fully focus on supporting our clients. From file management, to staff training, office maintenance, compliance support, and managing the accounts, Laura’s role is essential in making sure everything runs smoothly.

Karina Dowsett – Legal Secretary
Not only is Karina the face of the Caterham office, she is also the firm’s Legal Secretary. If you have ever visited or called our Caterham office, the chances are is that you have spoken to Karina!
Karina provides a safe space for clients from the moment they make contact with us, creating a welcoming and respectful atmosphere. On a daily basis, Karina handles appointments, calls, new enquiries, and most importantly: assisting our solicitors with day-to-day support.
Karina’s role goes far beyond the front desk. She is valued by clients for her approachability, attention to detail, and genuine care for each and every client.
