- Pre/post nuptial agreements

Gina has worked on a number of matters involving high net worth assets. In addition, Gina has worked on many cases where the asset value is more modest and creative solutions need to be explored.
Gina often works with elderly clients, supporting them through the divorce and financial remedy process.
Gina has advised on cases involving children with complex medical needs. She has secured financial remedies following an overseas divorce and managed cases with complex bankruptcy issues.
Gina has worked on cases with non-compliant parties, requiring committal proceedings. Gina has also advised on cases involving complex third-party interests.
Gina has built a successful following based on an approach focussed on finding pragmatic solutions. She prides herself in ensuring the client’s realistci goals are identified at an early stage and then met. Carving out some initial objectives and agreeing the steps that will be taken to achieve this, provides some certainty in what can be an uncertain process.
